This Privacy Policy describes how and when Danielle Gayer Artwork (DGA) collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item from our store, contact us, fill out a form, or otherwise use our services on this website.

 

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we (Danielle Gayer Artwork) do not own or control.

 ii. To initiate and fulfill services such as those listed on this site ( branding, illustrations, commissioned art pieces) or any other discussed through direct contact between the customer and DGA, you must provide us with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information and any other information that you choose to provide us with, after direct contact is established.

2. Why We Need Your Information and How We Use It:

  • As needed to provide our buyer/seller services, such as when we use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support.

  • As needed to provide design/ art/ consultation services, such as when we schedule video conference meetings, have direct telepone conversations, or for invoicing purposes.

  • If necessary, to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases and/or services rendered if required by tax law.

We use your information to provide the services you requested and in our legitimate interest to improve our services.
