Shipping & Returns

FOR PRODUCTS FROM OUR ONLINE SHOP

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Our fulfillment partner ships millions of orders across the world every year, and produces locally in 34 countries. Due to the global pandemic and the increased pressure on international carriers, some delays may occur.

DELIVERY TIME

It takes 1-5 business days to process an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated at 1-5 business days.

In total the estimated time for delivery, from the moment the order is placed to when it arrives at its destination is 2-10 business days.


 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND FEES

Depending on your location, our fulfillment partner may not have a local production facility in your country.  In this instance, an additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders.

This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

 

ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to sender. 

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

 

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.

  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.​​

 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office, get in touch with us at dgayerartwork@gmail.com with your order number at hand.

 

If you did make a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order with the updated address.  Please note that  you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

REFUNDS

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products or lack of quality of the delivered product. If this may apply, please contact us at dgayerartwork@gmail.com within 7 days after receiving your order.  Include your order number and photos of the wrong/damaged items.  Should you want to submit a new order, we will cover the costs of the new order. If requested we will give you a refund.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we don't offer exchanges.

 

COLOUR CONSISTENCY

Our production partners use the same print machines, paper types, and work processes as their print partners to minimize color variations. Having said that, printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples. Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under the quality guarantee.
 

 

UNCLAIMED

If you are not able to receive their order at the address, the shipments may be available for pick up at their local post office or carrier pick up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. For these cases, please place a new order and get in touch with us so that we can report the problem and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order. 

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

FOR ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

Shipping costs for original artpieces are determined by a number of factors including but not limited to the size and weight of the purchased artpiece in its packaging, shipping insurance and also the location of the customer.  International customs and tax fees may also be applicable if the customer is located outside of the EU. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by the customer's local customs office.  Customs policies vary widely for every country so we advise that the local customs office is contacted directly to see if duties and taxes are applicable to the purchase.   

After direct contact is made to DGA expressing interest in a particular original painting; all arrangements for purchasing the original painting will be made offsite.  Please contact us here to find out more about purchasing original paintings.  we would love to hear from you!
